I'm back!

Hey buddies,

Missed me a lot didn't ya? Tell me, how did you spend your New Year's eve? Did you have a wild pawty while your hoomans head out for their own wild pawties? Well, my hoomans (being such losers with no frenz) headed off to bed at around 11.30pm on New Year's eve. (Luckie's Mom - I wasn't feeling too well okay? I don't usually sleep that early!!) Nice try Mom, who cares if you sleep early or late? In any case, that means they'll also switch off the lights and force me to sleep that early too. Thus, making me a loser too. :(

Anyhoo, at the stroke of midnight, the skies started to boom and made those loud farting (oops, I can use the word fart here right?) noises. Flashes of bright lights were all over the night sky. I kept barking and barking! This was totally so exciting!! As expected, my hoomans woke up and had to pacify me thus missing out on the fireworks display which could be seen from my windows. haha...what a way to usher in 2008. At precisely, 12.08am, it was all quiet and the hoomans headed back to bed. The End. Yeah, that's the story of how my family ushers in the New Year. Told ya we lead a really exciting life. :)

I wanted to share with everydog & Girl Girl some of my Xmas gifts. This was what my Mom gave me. Isn't she the sweeterest? A kitchen roll! Did you see the way I rip it apart and then spat out the paper? Oh, the hoomans bought me a new bed if you noticed. It's apparently *too small* for my long body so Dad says he's going to get me another one. I wuv you Dad!!! PS : I have been bonding a lot of Dad while he watches TV on the couch. I have this special place on his tummy. I think Mom's jealous. heh heh

Our humans went out for new years and we stayed home. There was nobody to console me during the fireworks so be glad your parents have no friends and stayed home!

Happy New Year!!!
My mom is a loser too! I woke her up at midnight, just like you did!
I do the same with the rolls! I love that kind of presents!
I hope you get a bigger bed soon!
Kisses and hugs to you, your mom and dad!

Happy New year Lucky! I loooove the paper towel bones. I usually don't get them though, because I swallow the paper. Maybe if I start spitting it out, I'd get more.

Happy New Year, Luckie! Me and Mommy made it to 12:01 and then we went to bed. Daddy stayed up quite a bit longer ... he's a night owl. :)

Happy New Year Lucky. Our parents went out for a bit but they were home before the ball dropped. I guess maybe they wanted to spend it with us!!

Happy New Year, Luckie! I'm gonna have to tell mom that she should let me play with paper towel rolls too! I have taken over the great dane sized bed in my house. And since I think I'm the biggest in the house, my poor brother Kai is relegated to a bed that only his head will fit on ;)

Hey, Luckie Girl!

Happy Happy New Year! That kitchen roll had no chance once you got it in your paws.

Your parents sound almost as loseresque as my hooman girl. We didn't do anything exciting for New Year's except take a nap.

Goober love & smooches,
Stanley

We saw the word FART standing out of your post and were really excited, then we realized it was only a description of the fireworks. We thought you were writing a post about farts.
