Hiya frenz,
The hoomans woke me up really early on Saturday cos they wanted to go see the sunrise. I had never seen the sunrise or the sunset before so I was glad Mom managed to persuade Dad to let me go along with them. Mom said it was around 5.30am so that's why the roads were dark and it seemed like it was night time. I didn't see any doggies around maybe cos it was too early. Who would want to wake up at that unearthly hour except for my crazy hoomans?
While Dad spent his time sending up his tripod and camera for the sunrise, Mom and I took a stroll along the area. We went to a reservoir (Selatar Reservoir) and it was still very dark when we got there.
This is what we saw! It didn't look like the sun was going to come out anytime soon. So we waited and waited.....
Ah, I think I see Mr Sun waking up!!
Good Morning Mr SUN!!! :)
That's me - sitting down with Mom enjoying the sunrise.
Relaxing while the hoomans pack up their stuff. Yes, Mom brings a petite rawhide for me so I am occupied in the car. :)

Hi Luckie!
That's a nice shot of the sunrise.. I have never seen sunrise before cos my mum is not a morning person and I guess I am only destined to see sunsets!!
Luckie, thank you for sharing the pretty sunrise. We have some sunrise pictures somewhere on our blog too but they are over land instead of water. You have a very smart Mom to take you to places and bring treats for you.

You are so lucky to see the sunrise, Luckie! I hope you still got to eat breakfast and that the humans didn't forget.
I love car rides, usually it means I get to go somewhere fun!
Pretty sunrise.
Murph the Dog
I ove the pictures, especially the one with the sun on you.
Wow - thanks for those pictures, Luckie. My girl refuses to get up before 10-00, so I would never have gotten the chance to see one!
PS - I just saw your BANG video. IMPRESSIVE!!!
Awesome pictures! You're so lucky you got to go along too!
Love ya lots,
Maggie
My hoomans like to sleep in so they might only be interested in a sun SET.
XOXOXO
