Super Model me?

Hey ho friends!!

Mom has been sick and she spent the entire day sleeping. :( I couldn't even get her out of bed to help me pose my remaining pictures. She's feeling slightly better today and I think she's ready to get back to office to work tomorow. She says she has a lot of work to do. I think WORK is totally over-rated. What do hoomans do at work all day? I wonder if they get lots of toys to play with and treats from their bosses when they do well in their work.

What does your hoomans do for a living? My Mom works with figures and it has something to do about lending companies money? So she has to go to the office to get work done and she can't work from home! Boo hoo hooo!!

Mom has been rather worried about me cos I haven't been eating much recently. Do you think I look too skinny? How many meals do you eat in a day? Mom feeds me twice - once before she goes out to work and another time when she gets back. Recently, I haven't been eating in the morning at all. In fact, yesterday morning, I puked quite a lot. Mom says the pukey looks like those stuffings from Alfred the Bear and so she has thrown him away! :( I miss Alfred so much that I ended chewing off Mr Big Brown Bear's another arm too.

Hey hey!

I know I'm supposed to upload the remaining of my fun filled weekend pictures but Mom got a little side-tracked after she found older pictures of me. Now, I think some of the pictures don't look so flattering but Mom says she's sure you will enjoy them. You just wait Mom, if I get my paws paws on pictures of you when you were a nekkid hooman pup, I'll be posting them up to show everydawg & Fufu.

I must say I look kinda different...hmm..maybe it's my face. It seems much longer now or issit my ears? They are much longer now too!


That's me - one day after I arrived home. I reached home quite late at night and didn't get a chance to explore the house much. I probably had jet lag cos I thought I seem rather sleepy in the picture. Hey Mom, watch your hands alright..whatcha doing there!!


Oh!! That's my favourite rawhide. Mom gives me the smallest size. I think it's around 2.5 inches, I wonder if she'll ever get me BIGGER ones. I was trying to wave but I didn't want to erm lose the yummy rawhide in my mouth.

I love car rides.....

Hiya frenz,

Don't you just enjoy going for car rides? Especially when you get to ride upfront with your hooman? You can direct them to go any way you want. I told Mom I wanted to ride with her upfront & she should sit behind and behave herself. But she ignored me (as usual) and insisted I sit on her lap. Hmm..which isn't that bad cos I was a tad bit too short to see the sights if I sat on the seat unlike you huskies and other bigger dawgies.


Mom had to put on her harnass too for safety reasons and I had my pwetty red harnass on too. I like red, it looks good on me don't ya think? If only I got my manicure done last week and got my nails painted red, now that would be very matching!


I'm looking at Dad wondering why he isn't looking straight at the road. It's dangerous so please stop looking at me Dad!!


Huh? You still looking at me? In case you're wondering, I wasn't sitting on her lap so quietly throughout the car ride! I was resting my front paws on the dashboard (the front of the car) and giving Dad directions. You know male hoomans are really BAD with directions and they can't bring themselves to ask anyone or anydawg. tsk tsk....

After a nice ride, we reached the park!! It's called Labrador Park and well, it's one of the quieter parks here in Singapore. I asked Mom to bring me to a dog park cos I wanted to mingle with some friends but she forgot to put my flea & tick medication so she said NO. But yeah, she did bring me to a park named after a dog. Unfortunately, I didn't see any Labs around. :(

The weather was lovely, lotsa breeze cos we were very near to the sea. Ah, nice sun...I could lie here all day and get a good tan.

Great fun...great smells...

Hiya friends,

What a busy day it has been for me. The hoomans decided to bring me out to a park - well I did see a couple of doggies but we didn't get a chance to say HI. The park was close to the sea so I spent some time sniffing about and also enjoying the sea breeze. Dad decided to take some shots of me sitting in the sun cos he said the sun brought out the highlights in my hair. Well, it was freaking hot and being asked to pose non stop is tiring business. In case you're wondering, Mom didn't have much trouble putting the harnass on for me today. I wasn't squirming around too much perhaps cos I was just very excited about going out!

We met some really nice old looking hoomans. Yeah, they were happy to see me and of course I was on my *best* behavior. Some bicycles and hooman pups went by me and I didn't bother to bark or go after them too. Yes siree, I was really a good girl. :)

The folks then brought me to a pet shop where I got to meet many many pups! There was a big black poodle (like Isabella) who was only 6 months but look much bigger than me. We saw boxer puppies, Golden Retriever puppies, Corgis puppies, chihuahuas puppies and many more! We saw this lovely black tan Shiba Inu too and a keeshund. There were so many doggies smells and it was very very exciting for me indeed. I made two friends there! Both were Shiz tzus and they had the longest beautiful looking hair. Mom couldn't take any pictures cos the silly pet shop didn't allow us to do so. NO photography - so Mom being a law abiding citizen did not snap any pictures.

I saw a lot of yummy looking treats and sad to say Mom refused to get any new treats for me. Alrighty Mom, no treats for me then after all you are the one eating my treats so I guess when my treats run out, you'll probably feel so desperate for more treats that you'll end up running to the shop to get more!

Just when I thought the day would be over, the folks brought me to another park! Gee, they really want to tire me out today but it's good. :) You see, my hoomans don't own a car. So going out with me can be quite difficult. They should really consider getting a car - even Fufu has one. And how about those beetles or minis that I read about? I'm quite sure I'll be able to fit into the Mini mobile just fine.

I think the hoomans need help....

Hey friendz,

Mom was really inspired by Joey & Tanner's yummy dinner and she decided to get some yogurt for me too. You see, I have *never* eaten any yogurt before so I must say it was really delicious. She mixed it with apples & kibbles. Yum Yum ~ I actually licked the bowl clean. I love eating apples!! :)

But Mom still has to work on her presentation skills. I expect my food to be presented nicely and not messed up altogether which she always does so that I won't figure out what's inside and eat everything up. I'm not being too *prissy* am I? Cos I don't see hoomans eating messed up food so I figured out I should get the same if not *better* treatment!


I'm waiting very patiently for my messed up food. Mom made minced beef and she mixed it with some beef broth & kibbles. No points for presentation ~ but taste wise, I can't complain too much. If it's meat ~ It's good.


I'm enjoying the food. :) So quit taking pictures of me.


Still enjoying it. I'm a very slow eater.


Oh, I thought Mom bought me some LuvaBone Biscuits the other day but I was wrong! She got me these small teeny biscuits called Honey Polo. It's a snack from Doggyman who also make one of my favourite toy - Mr Alfred the Bear. He's the bear with the cutey underpants. I have no idea who Mr Doggyman is but he sure is a great guy! Well, maybe not as great as the people from JW who make Cuz toys. haha


When I say small, I mean really small biscuits. That's the actual size of the biscuit. They taste very yummy and smell great!! And you know what? They just melt in your mouth.

But that aside, I have a bigger problem on hand! I think my hoomans need HELP! I caught them in the act of eating my BISCUITS! Yeah, these tiny honey polo biscuits! Have they gone bonkers? Why are they eating my biscuits? I can't eat hooman's biscuits but they can eat MINE? Do you think they need to see a dogtor soon? Sheesh! I'm beginning to think the hoomans may be happily helping themselves to my rawhides & greenies too. No wonder Mom keeps complaining about how quickly the rawhides & greenies runs out.

(Luckie's Mom ~ actually we do have biscuits for hoomans looking exactly like these and we call them wang wang biscuits. And yes, they taste exactly the same and make great snacks!)

Bits & Pieces of ME

Hello frenz ~

Nothing particularly exciting has happened recently other than the fact that Mom & Dad took a day off from work to spend time with ME. Well, at least that's why I thought. But guess what? The hoomans went out *without* me and didn't even bring me for a walk. And they came back with big bags of stuffs from this I-key-A place. Yeah, that's the same place Hershey & Copper's Moms went recently.

Dad bought tons of light bulbs and used them to practice his photography skills. From my observation (you see, I was in the kitchen so I could only see him from my corner of my eye), he broke the glass bulbs carefully so that the filament (oops - I hope I got the spelling right) remained. And then he fiddled with his precious camera and switched off all the lights in the house. He switched on the light bulb and after a while, there was a POOF sound and the filament went up in flames. Ok so everything happened very quickly and he wanted to capture that moment. After going through like 20 bulbs, Dad says he still can't capture the perfect picture. *duh* What a waste of his time! He should have just asked me to pose for him and he'll have tons of perfect pictures to chose from. Anyway, let's see if I can convince Dad to upload the picture of that bulb.

On a more exciting note, Mom bought me MORE Mr Big Brown Bear!! She says she doesn't know how long the current one will last so she decided to get 2 more just in case.

Here's a little video of me rolling around on the floor - relaxing while Mom does her chores. I'm really sorry about the bad video quality cos the floor's brown in color and well, I'm brown too basically you can't see much. :P I do have a better video of me enjoying my apple with Mom and that was taken with our new camera! Woo hoo ~ can't wait to get that video uploaded!

Thanks for the lovely comments about my pictures. It's really a good idea to get the nails painted to match my harnass. I'll definately remind Mom the next time I go for my manicure/pedicure. Mom made me pose for a picture of my newly manicured nails last evening so that we can show you how neat my paws are now. :)

Gee, Hershey, I have no idea Copper enjoys the nail trimming so much. I don't mind taking a shower weekly (the weather is really hot here) but anything else..no no no! Don't even remind me of Mom cleaning my ears ~ I only endure that cos she gives me some yummy treats after that.

I gotta work on learning to SMILE more in my pictures. I see some of you with such happy grins on your faces! I wanna pose like that too. I reminded Mom that she still hasn't gotten those ribbons to make me a necklace like Hana but she says I'll end up chewing all the ribbons away. Oh puhleeze, she's gotta give me more credit than that right? Why would I just chew them up when I can eat them? Mom's sister bought me some shoes to wear. Erm, I'm not too sure about those shoes cos I don't wanna look too much like hoomans. They have like so many pairs of shoes and Mom doesn't allow me to play with any of them. That's totally unfair huh? Why should they be hoarding all the shoes?

Hmm..The step in harnass sounds good. I have not seen them before so if Butchy & Snickers would be kind enuff to send me the link that would be great. :) Cos Mom was tugging the darn harnass over my head so many times - it felt like my head was going to roll off any time. Eeuw!

Here's a new video of me playing fetch with my Mom. Please note that I was not HUMPING my Mom although the video may look kinda discriminating. I enjoy jumping into her lap and then leaping out to fetch my toys. If you look closely enuff (sorry about the poor video quality), you'll notice Mom's legs are a tad bit red with scratches from my nails. haha cos this was taken before I got my nails done. *Enjoy*

Finally I get to go for a walk

Dear friends,

What a wonderful weekend I had! Mom brought me out to get my nails done - alright, I hate getting them trimmed but I like meeting other doggy friends there. :) The groomer ladies said I was a good girl so yeah, I think that made Mom happy and I got to go for a nice long walk after that.

Mom forgot to bring her camera along so we can't show you the pictures at the groomers. Darn..but I had fun playing with the two Cocker Spaniels there. They belong to the two groomer ladies and are always so friendly.

We had some problems getting ready to go out. Erm, I usually have to put on a harnass before I get to go out. I don't really enjoy the harnass cos I can walk perfectly FINE on my own but Mom insists...so what the heck! It didn't help that the harnass was really tight...so ok, I put on a teeny weeny bit of weight around my chest. I'm very chesty so there's nothing really wrong right? Hooman ladies complain all the time about not being chesty enuff...so HA! Mom had to adjust the harnass so many times and she got kinda frustrated cos I kept squirming about. After she finally got the harnass fitted on me, she was too *tired* to snap picture of me looking so cool in my red harnass.

I'm going for my manicure today

Gotta keep this a short post - Mom's going to send me for my manicure and pedicure today. ARGH! The two groomer ladies are really nice to me but seriously, I don't think I need to get my nails trimmed. They look fine and make this really nice click click click noise as I walk around.

I'm glad you enjoyed my jumping video. haha..but the folks ain't too amused now cos they say my nails are too sharp and keep scratching them. Right now, they have been *training* me to stay and sit instead of jumping on them.

Oh yeah, I overheard the folks talking about getting some web-cam thingy to see what I do during the day while they are at work. *GASP* Isn't that invasion of privacy? I don't wanna know what they do at work so I don't see why they should know what I do in my private time. I'm freaking out big time so please cross your dawgy paws for me - don't let them get that silly web-cam.

Hello frenz,

Mom finally got her lazy butt moving and helped me download all my latest movies. But, she only had time to upload ONE for me. Sheesh, it's so hard to get things moving around here.

Oh yeah, here's a picture of my not so new toys after their extreme makeover session with me - Dr Luckie.



Mr Big Brown Bear is now offically known as Captain Hook! He only has one arm. Ain't that kewl? Notice that Mr Big Brown Bear is still smiling? I think he likes having only one arm. I'm working really had on his other arm but Mom keeps trying to take him away. She has a video of me working hard on his arm too. Let's see if she'll find *time* to upload that video.

Unfortunately, Alfred the Bear isn't smiling anymore. If you look closely enuff, you'll notice he has no nose or eyes. Oh yeah, no ears too. I removed this label tag on him. I hate labels!! (Usually we have those floor mats at home with label tags? I'm always the one helping Mom to remove those labels. She may have forgotten that labels are BAD and we need to make sure they are removed.) His tail is also gone and most of his stuffing, squeaker..not to worry, I took really good care of them. heh heh...all GONE!



Here's another look at Alfred from the back. He looks like he went for liposuction huh? All nice and slim. :)

And finally, here's the video of me reaching for Mr Big Brown Bear. Darn, I never knew I could jump that high. All four short legs in the air - looks as if I'm wearing Nike Air Shoes and playing basketball or something.

Guess what I did last night?

Hey dawggyfriends,

I had a great time with Mom - she filmed some new videos of ME having fun. We played fetch a couple of times and I showed her how high I can jump. You gotta see the video to believe it. :) But Mom was wayyy too tired after playing with me to upload the videos. Yeah, she's *that* lazy cos I was the one who was running up and down playing fetch right? Tell me why she should feel tired?

I decided to give another toy - Mr Big Brown Bear a free extreme makeover session. He only has one arm (or should i say leg) left after I chewed him. heh heh... When Mom left for work this morning, I was working on the other limb. It's always good to give ourselves busy when our folks are out of the house don't you agree?

Pictures should be up really soon and here's a older picture of Mr Big Brown Bear in his better days. Oops, he's actually lurking at behind me in this picture.

PS : I think Mom bought some biscuits treats for me and she quickly snucked them into my food drawer. Hopefully I'll get to eat them soon. She's so silly at times trying to hide things from me. I'm a HOUND doggy - I can smell the biscuits a MILE away I tell ya.

Look what Mom bought for me

Hi doggyfrendz,
Mom went to the petshop today and bought me my regular doggy biscuits.


Yum yum - I love these biscuits. I get those mini size ones and Mom even breaks them into half to feed me. Sheesh, those mini biscuits are already so teeny and I still get only half at a time? There are yummylicious greenie bits inside so it's supposed to keep my breath fresh. I don't think I have bad breath cos Mom doesn't seem to mind when I kiss her all the time.

She came across some other biscuits from the same brand - Health Pro. Don't the biscuits look so good? They smell so much like hoomans' food I tell ya. I hope she's planning to get more flavours for me to try. Hey Mom ~ just get me one of each flavour yeah? I need to do a review for my friends out there.

Mom made some potatoes & carrots to mix with my kibbles last night. I didn't touch it much cos you know what? I dislike potatoes! Yucks - what was Mom thinking? I usually only have carrots with my kibbles and my favourite EGGS or MEAT (any kind - I ain't fussy I tell ya). So Mom felt bad that I didn't eat much and I got apples for dessert.

Hmm..I wonder what's for dinner tonight?

Yogi Pee Tray

Hello friends ~
I promised Hana that I'll update how my pee tray works. Mom bought this pee tray from a pet shop and it's made in Korea. It's called the Yogi Pee Tray. The doggie model for the pee tray happens to be a dachshund too. Ain't that cool? :) In fact, I think Mom may have fallen for the advertising gimmick - hahaha...just put any dashshund on anything, she'll probably just buy it.


Check out their website here. They have many cool looking products for us. I heard the water bowl is quite good too cos it keeps our water fresh at all times. Mom says I don't need that cos I always drink from the bottle. She did leave a water bowl for me sometimes and I am a really messy drinker and end up with water all over the floor.

She lines the bottom of the pee tray with newspapers and puts the cover on. I'll do my pee/poo on the tray. And yes, the pee flows thru the holes but erm..well, the poo just remains on the tray. That way I'll never need to step on puddles of my pee.

I don't think the pee tray will work for bigger doggies and I guess most of you guys are outdoor trained too so probably have no use for it. Oh yeah, Fufu, I think they should have one extra small size for hamsterrier too.

The weather has been really lousy - raining all day long. Mom keeps coming into the kitchen to shut the windows for me. Nothing else happening over here. Oh yeah, I had a great time yesterday cos I totally destroyed my favourite bear! Wooo hoo....I can't wait to show you the picture of it!

Not so long ago

Hey friends,

I was reading Copper's blog and saw his super duper cute baby picture. So I decided to ask Mom to look for mine too.

This is a picture of my doggie dad & my doggie mom. I don't really remember much except I was sent away when I turned 10 weeks to a foster home to prepare me for my trip to Singapore.






This is ME when I was a very very young puppy. Actually, that wasn't too long ago and I've certainly grown quite abit. I was only 2.2kg at 3 months!

Mom says everytime she sees this picture, she wishes she could get a little brother or sister for me. Hmm...I'm not too sure about sharing Mom & Dad.

Dad is back

Dear friends,

I'm back in action. Dad came home early Wednesday morning & boy am I happy to see him! I was jumping around and trying to sniff him cos he brought back some wierd smells. And his big bag had so many stuffs and I was a good girl trying to help him unpack. Mom has been busy spending time with Dad. HUUMMMP. What about me??

I was so excited to see Dad that I erm..peed a little on the floor. Mom says that's excitement pee-ing cos I'm still a little girl. *gah* I'm so embarassed!!

The most exciting part was he brought back this two large white boxes of food with holes in them. Mom was so happy (I noticed she drooled a little - haha) and I heard the hoomans commenting something abt the best dognuts on earth - Krispy Kreme! Yeah, the 24 yummy dognuts survived the air-o-plane journey back! Unbelievable, Mom pigged out on them and said they tasted super yummy. And yes my dear friends, she DID NOT SHARE any with me. Well, you must be wondering why the craze over these dognuts cos we do not have Krispy Kreme (KK) in Singapore! And there has been a dognuts craze going on in Singapore recently with one dognut outlet opened (it's quite similiar to KK) and the queues are up to 3 hours. Dad said he walked out at 5am to grab the dognuts before making his way to Chicago airport. Isn't Dad sweet? *muaccks* But he didn't go to any pet shops and buy me Zanies toys!!

Dad took a flight from Chicago which stopped in Hong Kong for 2 hours. The journey took him 15 hours and then the air-o-plane left Hong Kong and reached Singapore. That took another 3-4 hours. USA is so far isn't it?
